MS Project 2010은 사용자 제어 일정 관리 기능을 통해 현재 보유한 정보를 바탕으로 작업 일정을 직접 설정하거나, 계산된 날짜와 기간을 바탕으로 작업 일정을 자동 설정할 수 있습니다. 그외에도 2007 버전에 비해 많은 부분의 변화가 있었습니다. 특히 Timelinew view 기능은 무척 막강합니다. 그래서 이번에는 MS Project 2010을 이용한 프로젝트의 일정계획, 관리 및 통제의 방법을 상세히 소개할려고 합니다.
